Compare Cedarwood, Little Hearts and Spruce organic fitted bassinet sheets by fit, fabric certification and change-pad use, with clear decision rules for parents.
Quick answer
Choose Little Hearts if you want the softest all-round organic fitted bassinet sheet for daily sleep and change-pad changes, Cedarwood if price and a calm neutral print matter most, and Spruce if you prefer a deeper green tone and can act before the last-chance stock runs out.
What actually differs between the three sheets
All three sheets share the same core construction: a super soft and stretchy organic cotton jersey blend that is GOTS and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. That means the real decision is not fabric safety, because the certification is the same across the range, but print, price and availability.
Cedarwood and Spruce are both marked last chance, so stock is the variable you cannot control. If either print is your first choice, treat it as a now-or-never purchase rather than something to compare for weeks.
Why the change-pad crossover matters
Each sheet is listed as a fitted bassinet sheet and change pad cover, so the same sheet can serve two jobs. That is useful for night changes, but it also means you should check the fit on both surfaces before you commit to a full set.
A sheet that stretches comfortably over a bassinet mattress may behave differently on a change pad, especially if the pad is thicker or has a different shape. Test the fit on the firmer surface first, because that is where a loose edge is most noticeable.
When print should decide for you
If you are building a coordinated nursery, print is a legitimate tiebreaker. Little Hearts suits a softer, sweeter look, Cedarwood reads warmer and more neutral, and Spruce gives you a deeper green that hides everyday marks better than pale prints.
Do not overthink this choice. With identical certification and construction, the print you actually like is the one you will keep using.
Decision rules for choosing your sheet
- If you want one sheet for both bassinet and change pad: Pick Little Hearts first, because it is the current 2026 collection option and is not marked last chance, so you can reorder the same print later if you need a spare. Check the fit on your change pad before you buy a second one.
- If price is your main constraint: Choose Cedarwood at USD 30.47. It is the lowest listed price of the three and still carries the same GOTS and Oeko-Tex certification. Accept that last-chance stock may not be available for a repeat purchase.
- If you want a deeper, more forgiving colour: Choose Spruce at USD 37.46. The darker green tone is the practical pick for a change pad that sees daily use. Buy it when you see it, because the last-chance label applies here too.
- If you are unsure about fit: Measure your bassinet mattress and change pad before ordering, and test the sheet on the firmer surface first. The catalog does not list separate size options, so the stretch of the jersey blend is what accommodates different shapes. If your pad is much thicker than a standard bassinet mattress, check the fit before relying on it for overnight sleep.
