While we’d love to only sell perfect stock, the reality of the production process (and transportation, packing and whatnot) means that sometimes things aren’t perfect or get a bit roughed-up along the way. We are extremely picky with our quality assurance processes; you may encounter some imperfections such as a less-than-smooth zipper (but still fully functional), a small mark or colour imperfection on the vegan leather, or small mark on the internal fabric lining - these are extremely minor, but become slightly more noticeable as the discount increases.
